I dont know if this is the right place to post this, but I am having probs with them. They are on at full speed when the switch is off. I turn the swtich every which way and nothing happens. I know the fuse is not blown to them. I have unplugged them and it really sucks when I need them

I dont know what it is, I plugged them back in and now they are fine
