Question s13 headlights wont go down

anyone ever have this problem? ive been kinda lazy lately because of the weather to really check it out. my headlights will go up but wont go back down. to make them go down i have to do it manually. anyone with some quick advice? probablly gonna check what my service manual says, but all it shows it how to check to motor, but doesnt say for what. i assume its good since it will go up when i press the headlight motor button inside. i can adjust them manually up or down. if they arent all the way up and i turn the headlights on, and press the headlight button they go all the way down, then all the way up.

the switch is on the left side of the dash the relays are in the engine bay on the left also. in the box of relays you should see three black relays and i believe two blue one brown a grey one. the black ones are for the headlights motors and lights. i don't remember what the blue ones are for but the brown is for the a/c and the grey is for the horn.

anyways just swap the black ones around and see what happens. if you're lucky you'll realize that you only have two black relays for the light output and the one for the motors will be missing.
