but my dream is to do the r34 instead of the 33 or 32... I know that stretching it... money is an object... but planning on spending sometime in japan soon, and I plan on spending a few days at a salvage yard. so headlights... and fender to cut up will cost little of nothing. my whole thing would it look tight to you guys....

I know the 32 is hot... and back up plan is the 32 (gt-r of course)... what about the 34 if I do it and do it well.... would it flow? think bodylines... over all flow of the car.... I'll try to do some good photoshops of it...
i, for one, would love to see that done, just for the different factor. as far as how it would look? no clue. i believe (and i might be dead wrong here) that the R34 is a bit wider than the S chassis cars, so i imagine that u would need some kinda widebody kit and/or fender flares to even out the lines. but hey, if ur serious about doing it, wow us w/some pics (even the 'work in progress' ones)!

IMO the R34 conversion wouldnt look right at all..the R34 is a big car and the 180 is small..the cars gatta be a lil longer like a S14. I think it would look better on a S14 then a 180..but thats just me

Length 181.1 in
Width 70.3 in
Height 53.5 in
Wheelbase 104.9 in

-1989-1994 240sx

Length: 178 in

did the research... length wise only three inches... yeah it will need a wide body kit to seriously fit the head lamps right. only serious difference in the wheelbase. think Its possible not easier but possible... still think the r32 is hotness... time wise I want the extior done by nationals of 2004. Nah, I want it done by late spring

I;ve been studing pics of r34... this has become a sick obsession with me... I think the two inches on either side comes from the adical flares in the back and front... actually think if I moded stock fenders to fit lamp, I could some what fit an after market front... little bit handing over where it would've met the flare.

you know how in the s15 convo... the fenders make the conversion... this one... dont think it's the fenders its the damn flares.

?? r32 or r34 ??

hey glad, how hard was it for your son to put the front on?

i've been getting mixed answers about how hard it is to put the front on, some say that all you need is to redrill, and others say that it's not worth it because of how much work needs to put it on. so your .02 would be nice.

The person who own's that is my friend, thats a local forum we are apart of. I was w/ him when he did the conversion, and it came out sweet. A lil bit of a pain in the @$$, but well worth it. I think it looks sweet.
