S13 to r32 5lug Conversion (brake help needed)

OK Last night my friend and I converted his s13 240sx to 5lug from an r32 skyline.

The rear subframe bolted in fine.

But up front we encountered some problems.
As most know the brake lines will not work. We used lines off an 84(?) Celica parts car that had good brakes when parked (2-3 mos ago)

The front consists of s14 S/E Spindles and R-32 4 piston caliper brakes and rotor.

We put them on, bled them, and the fronts worked sparatically.
The backs worked fine.

Then we took it for a test drive and found out the backs were the only ones working. Took it back, and Bled it again. Still no improvement on the drive around the yard.

We switched out the master cylinder at this point for the M/C out of the Skyline. (with 3 lines, 1 for back, one for Left Front and one for Right front.) Bled them again, same problem.
When you press the brakes, they dont have anywhere near as much pressure/resistance as they should.

If someone could please give us any suggestions as this car needs to be on the road BAD. Thank you!

ATTN MODS: I Understand this may not be in the correct location, I also Put this in Suspension forums, But this one has more traffic, need more ppl to see it. I will delete as soon as the problem is resolved. I am also searching past posts and foums so I dont get the "try search engine" reply.

I believe that it is one of 2 things.
Make shure your lines are free of DOT 3 make shure it is DOT 4, I think Biggamehit told me that there is a DOT5 on the market that can be used.
I also had a problem with my vacuum line it could be that.
Did the 240sx come with ABS or NON ABS that is a huge difference also....
