"You have to forgive Nissan for its early 1990s transgressions: 4000-pound 300ZX convertibles, the 240SX and the like. But this century Nissan's proving their addiction to speed is real by spinning some low-end fervor from the
Sentra and beefing up just about everything it offers through NISMO's magic party catalog."

i liked import tuner like..2 years ago. But now its just the same same same same same.
I have to agree with Import Tuner:
Transgression #1: 4000 lbs convertibles.
Car could have been lighter or just canned in favor of keeping the targa.
Transgression #2: 1990s 240sx.
A. KA24DE - as much as I adore mine the SR20DET would have made a better car and maybe not the hyped up ride it is now. It might have had staying power and we might be able to drive s15s.
B. They stopped making the cars in the 90s that is a transgression against us. Now there are less to get when we break ours.
But this century Nissan's proving their addiction to speed is real by spinning some low-end fervor from the Sentra and beefing up just about everything it offers through NISMO's magic party catalog.
Horsepower: 175 hp & Torque: 180 ft-lbs on the new Sentra Spec V. The starting point there is fantastic. They are factory backing race teams with this vehicle which will lead to mint race tested parts. That is fantastic.
We are now able to order Nismo parts directly from dealerships that are competiting against each other to keep the prices low. That is better than what the Honda camp has. They can't get Mugen at the dealership. That is a damn good move.
-HyJynX- I like where Nissan is going. The Z is back and it kicks *** in NA form. I can't wait to see what a Turbo Z can do.
I'm with Stupid Why?
240duffman That is why you have to help the newbies in their search for quality. Newer is not allways worse. You are taking on the same mentality as a Musclecar guy. I have had co-workers argue that my 240 is crap compared to what rolled out of showrooms back in the day. The best thing I heard from an old timer was this:
"I understand where you are at. You are working with what you have. You are doing the best you can. You were born in the wrong era."
The new guys will have a selection of FWD cars that can be made great. Don't hate, HELP.
-HyJynX- Import Tuner has it's duds and typos but they are human and most likly just like us. If you find stuff wrong offer them some help. Positive letters go way further than negatives.

I did see when I was reading it that i could be taken different ways, but still. They should have explained them selves about the 240's coming with the KA or whatever, like they explained the 300ZXs having too much weight...
It seems like an all out bad comment.

But doesnt it seem that Nissan is putting more power into there FWD and we arent seeing many RWD cars that we can afford from them. And there style seems to be the same for most of the cars. The guys at IT are human..but dont they read there own magazine and fix sum false info or typos b4 shipping it out

Most of the guys I see on these sites are following the:
I seen the $800 chassis, 3k SR20DET supercar formula.
If the demand was there the cars would be there.
There is on the other hand a great deal of demand for pocket rocket FWD cars and now there is a new demand for AWD turbo pocket rockets. I think that the guys that are running 240s now like you and I will graduate to Z cars in the future when our 240s can no longer take the abuse we dish out on them.
I had a radiator EXPLODE on me at the track. Not the hose. But the endtank exploded with the car not overheating. I had it out there for 10 - 15mins straight ripping it up and came back to let another friend out. Stopped the car. Got out to chat.
BOOM. Smoke and hissing. Radiator exploded. I will post a pic when I get one.
Yeah they fix typos but if you read your local paper check it all the way in the middle they post up typos and remarks/fixes daily.

They are all owned by Primedia. You can see the same stories and coverage in many of them.
Like the wheel and tire reports they put out.

Guess I'm getting sloppy in my writting. Sorry bout that.
Oh yeah, EvilCerealBoX, I didn't see anybody confusing the two, cause it looks like I'm the only one talking about them...
