Seatbelt and lights screwed up
The automatic seat belts ONLY work when engine is on...is this normal?. I always have to open my door before shutting engine off to prevent constant chocking 
. my interior light doesn't work..the light on the top of interior....(i changed bulbs already) but when the switch is in the middle position the clock turns on...but resets evertime i start the engine. The glove compartment light works but only when engine is on...is this also normal?... Turnk light also does not work
I have a 1991 fastback base model with 115k and my stereo wires are cut up a bit ...not the power wire but the other wires (someone tried to steal it) ...
Is all the things i'm talking about normal or do i have to change fuses? which fuses? What do i do?
