shift *****

does a civic shift **** fit on a s13?

i have a aftermarket shift **** that came off a civic and it wont screw on all the way with my s13? is it because all the locktight? or its juss different threadin?

My friend has a 95 civic coupe and we tried taking the shift **** off and putting it on my 240 and the threads are different.

gay..... thought they would all b the same....
