sr20det 9-10psi boost

How much whp will 9-10psi boost give me with everything stock with exception of a walbro 255 fuel pump and a HKS hyper exhaust. Motor is from a redtop from a 91 silvia. And another question, will it be a reliable daily driver with that much boost over stock (7psi)??

200hp on the wheels.

Give or take 10hp.

safe as you'll ever be, as long as you have fuel management.

Pratically Stock boost since you probably have stock acuator, Stock SMIC, increased FP will just make you super rich you will be fine until you start boosting it. I honestly have yet to see 200hp out of a Stock (sr20det redtop) When I first bought my S14 with a black Top it was bone stock and supposedly 220hp stock yeah it was 220hp at the crank and it was not even 220hp but 220ps which is roughly 217hp and 190 at the wheels.

so you think I should take out my walbro 255 and get a weaker pump like the walbro 190? fuel management costs alot, more than buying a new fuel pump. Will this solve the problem about running too rich? I dont want to use my stock pump cuz I hear that it will run full load and most likely fail with an sr20det installed.

Absolutley not Get yourself an adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator, and a fuel pressure guage under hood is fine but I have Defi. install it and set your FP to about 3 bar or so and well SAFC would be a great addition to the mix so you can control the fuel a little bit. Power Fc would be better.
