someone correct me if im wrong, but i thought a bone stock 92 ka24de did 16's in the quarter. but the one on that link says he did a 14.91 bone stock??? it said he was running 104 octane but does the fuel make that much of a difference?

you can easily run 15s with a stock KA24DE. I dunno about the high 14s bone stock..Maybe a lil ignition modding

Dunno where you got "bone stock", but here's what the guy has on his site:

Jim Wolf Technology ECU
S & S Headers
Greddy Cat Back Exhaust
Suspension Technique Sway Bars
Pilot Motorsports strut bars, front & rear
Ram Air Intake
Viscous LSD Swap
Axis Metal Master Brade Pads
Unorthodox Racing Pulley
A'PEXi Multi Checker

He had 169rwhp. Nissan doesnt even claim that much for stock numbers to the crank when KA24DE-powered 240SX's first debuted.

Yeah, I wouldn't qualify that as stock, lol. Even the JWT ecu alone runs $600. wings is right, nissan doesn't claim that much, and we all know the 155 it pulls isn't all put to the wheels.

the reason i thought it was stock was because he posted that it was stock. i didnt bother to look any further at the page.

still...14.9 isn't a bad run with a 169rwhp 240sx....I was runnin' 14.9 with my 222hp 3000gt base.

no your not, unless yo have done some heavy modding. A stock 240 and a stock 3kgt will run qeual with the same drives for the most part
