Stock driveshaft good or upgrade?

hey i was wondering if the driveshaft is strong enough to support more than 400 hp... cause i once talked to a guy who was doing a rb30 swap into a 240 and he said that you will need a custom driveshaft if you take the rb25 to more than 400 hp.... is this true or bs... and if its true what are some recommendations for the driveshaft?
