just bought my 91 240sx fastback with super hicas i wa swondering if super hicas is good or bad

 

good for road racing
bad for drifting

 

your options

1.Replace entire rear end with non hicas model

2.Pull Hicas Fuse ( still have all this extra parts in the rear... such as the rack etc etc)

3.Buy Hicas lock bar kit ( Google it you will find much results.)

 

thankz 4 da help iam planing on a jdm s13 coversion i have the fenders but no front bumber would i need 2 replace the front bumper mount aswell in order 2 install a jdm bumper

 

hicas sucks for everything except parking.

Yeah, the hicas really only hurts you. It was good for increased maneuverability at speed, ie lane changes, but really not good overall. The steering rack though is better as it is slightly quicker ratio. So a hicas car with the hicas completely removed is in fact better. We put a hicas rack on the time attack car
