Defective Idle control valve
Defective fuel pressure regulator
If you haven't already you should have your battery and alternator tested. At most auto parts stores you can get both tested for free.
Have you done a full tune-up?

check the vacuum hoes my car was doing the same thing and it was because one of the vacuum hoes was leaking check the ones towards the end of the intake manifold close to the firewall it hard to find of you don't know what you are looking for

Yea my Camaro was having idling issues too, it would hang at about 1500 before settling down to 800. It turned out to be a bad gasket on the intake manifold. So I'd start by checking all your vacuum lines. If they are all good go buy a can of Carb cleaner and spray it around the edges of your intake. If you gasket is bad then the carb cleaner will get sucked in and the engine will stutter and maybe even stall.
