Defective Idle control valve
Defective fuel pressure regulator

If you haven't already you should have your battery and alternator tested. At most auto parts stores you can get both tested for free.

Have you done a full tune-up?

their dropping way low... around like 100 rpms or sometimes 200... then when at a dead stop they flutter from high to low and low to high finally settling around 750 rpms

i just hope she isnt dying... i need another good 5 months out of her before i have enough to get my new engine...

Yea my Camaro was having idling issues too, it would hang at about 1500 before settling down to 800. It turned out to be a bad gasket on the intake manifold. So I'd start by checking all your vacuum lines. If they are all good go buy a can of Carb cleaner and spray it around the edges of your intake. If you gasket is bad then the carb cleaner will get sucked in and the engine will stutter and maybe even stall.
