What differences in Ka24de 91-98

Hey I have a 97 240sx that needs an engine. I was just wondering what other year of ka's would work with minimul differences in my 97? Any advise would be wonderful. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure they're all the same from 91 up. The only thing is that the older ones usually have a lot more mileage on them

'91-'95 are OBD I and '95.5-'98 are OBD II.

Well I took the engine out of my 97' and looking back on the engine I took out on my 91', it seems the wiring harness is totally different. A lot of the plugs are different. It would suck if someone had a 96,97,98 and tried to put in a 91-95 in, they'd have to do a lot of wiring crap. So I thank you folks for answering my question but also take my word for it, it's different, (wiring) because now I have found out first hand. Thanks again,

Sean
