When I found out that my cylinder head was cracked the other week, I almost crapped my pants. To avoid unnecessary hassle, I looked around the Tri-State area looking for replacement KA24DE motors for a simple swap. Luckily I found a couple. But since my knowledge of the 240 is limited to the mods I've installed: Intake, Hotshot Header, N1 Exhaust, etc (yeah, yeah, I'm a bolt-on bozo ) need your help with what to look for in a used motor.

Going to a couple shops/yards this Friday so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
