I just paid 200 to replace the windshield on my 02 maxima with supposedly oem quality glass...i felt it was a good price considering one place quoted me 350!

I think most companies will drive out to you and should have the whole job done in about 30 mins.

I guess you just have to shop around when it comes to windshield replacements..it's fun to get companies to compete with each other for your business though

Definitely... call around, mention quotes from other places, etc. They really compete for this type of job. And 350 makes sense for "genuine Nissan OEM replacement parts" since hey - most OEM replacement parts are overpriced in the first place

 

i would claim that ****!!!!!!! I dont know about your insurance but i only pay $75 and they replace it no questions asked.

 

I would if i had glass coverage. I didnt even think about it when i applied, i told the lady i wanted liability only... hindsight is always perfect

 

That's only for full coverage... some of us only have liability bro

 

yeah i would have claimed it too, but my deductible is something like 500 or 1000, so not much use there.
