Motor replacment or Fix the Problem?

Ok I recently spun a rod bearing right..

So long story short I replaced the bearings. The crank diddnt look that messed up so I went with it.In the process I had my tranny out to to install my stage 3 clutc n 11lb flywheel.

I had my car running for 2 days and it started knocking again.
Now the Question is should I rip apart the bottom end again and replace the crank and bearings(again) and also I hear timing chain and all has to come off in order to remove the crank.and also the tranny has to come off(again) or should I just replace the motor.

Which is more cost efficent and better. And if your wondering im sticking with the Ka(KA-T in the future)?? please help me I need advice.

I dunno about the V8 way to much modifications.Plus id rather stick to 4cylies lol...ohh and im looking on spending aound 1,500 so Its def gonna gotta be a Ka if its a motor replacment.I got one priced today 1,100 comes with a 60 day start up warranty and it has only 68K on it.So what Ima do is put that in prolly and drive it like a granny and sell the ka mods off it and build up the ****ed up one in my basment for turbo so I can do it over time.seems reasonable....If you guys kno any one looking for Ka bolt ons I got them....Intake megan racing headers downpipe and testpipe about only 2 months old.
