I recently parked my car for a month and when I went to pick it up the wiper or cigarette lighter no longer work. I have checked all the fuses and they are good. Do these two run off of the same relay somewhere in the car that I am missing? The car was sitting outside and was pounded by a snow drift recently and some snow got in the engine bay.

Forgot to mention that the AC, recirculate ands air direction switches for the heater controls stopped working all at the same time as well. The heater does work though.

The problem is pre-fuse panel, so I pretty sure it's a relay. Anyone know what relay controls hese things, or can someone point me to a wiring diagrahm online?
