I swapped on a silvia trunk lid onto my car today. The wiring harness was cut, so I had to do some wire splicing and the USDM wires had an extra set of wires.... a green/black and black. I traced them in my (240sx) trunk lid and found them running to a random plastic box that seemed to do nothing. I didn't hook them upto anything in the sivila trunk lid and everything seems to work. I also looked in the Factory Service Manual and I can't find that wire anywhere.... wtf is it....

btw... the FSM is for a 240sx, not silvia.
