Yes, if you live in the 80s. Or have a new Civic. Civic = digital = FTL.

i just bought a 91 240 auto for a killer price and this is one of the problems it has. once turned on the speedo reads like 10 and sometimes 20 miles it will just stay there. any idea if its the cluster or the speed sensor?
