Replacing Positive Battery Terminal?

Replacing Positive Battery Terminal?
I just got my '92 240sx SE fastback in March. The positive battery terminal is so corroded that it pops off all the time. I talked to some people at the local auto parts place and I was told that I could do this by myself and that I needed just the metal terminals for a top-post battery and some spray-on battery cleaner and corrosion remover. So I get all the items home and it says that I'm supposed to solder the new terminal to the fuse wires. I don't have the tools to do that. Is this really something simple that I can do at home? Help?

for future reference you'll get more help if you say you're a girl first. also pics (of you) are almost mandatory if you're a girl and need help.
i just realized you're from wa too so i'll be more willing to help next time.

aight ill go out to my car and snap pix of my pretty fresh cables.
ok both of the following terminals i have used with great successes. i like the toolest quick release features.
in picture number one you pretty much remove the plate by unscrewing the 10mm bolts and placing the cable on the terminal and then sandwiching it with the plate and bolts.
now if this is a positive cable you will connect the starter signal to the part of the terminal that i circled and you will do the same for the second terminal also
if you have anymore questions, let us know.
this terminal is different becasue it will require you to crimp which is very easy with a pair of vise grips.
