Jgs Manifold Stage 1 kit

Yea i just got the manifold in, and its great quality.. this is an stage one kit and will require you to cut and grind so get your tools ready to go..
ill have it all welded up by next week or so depending on my work schedules.......















as you can see will have to shorten the two T pipes


about where turbo will be mounted

If you are using a mig (ARC) you will want the volts to the top on this one, you will also want the wire speed 2/3 of the way to a full feed (that gauge steel is thick). You will want shielding gas for that as well at about 20psi.
It's really better to use a tig for this one because it meets the requirements at literally a fraction of the output, but I know you invested into the little mig so we will just have to see.
Good luck and let us know how it goes. If by chance you are using the little MIG remember that you want a nice cool down time for the machine or you can burn up the board.

When did you become the baller and get a TIG????I thought you just bought a Harbor Freight MIG..
