crazy no i was not at NOpi

OP

Bee R rev limiter has nothing to do with your turbo setup functioning.. its just a fail safe to keep you below a certain RPM so that your can keep you Rods safely inside your block where they belong lol

also man.. refrain from street race talk... we all know it goes down but we cant have it on the forum... Authorities do monitor traffic like this at time.

You can't just wait until October for the turbo sound? You can't wait a few more months to "smoke some hondas"?

If you somehow manage to spend less than $300 on a turbo setup, I have a feeling you'll be pulling your KA out much sooner than October...

Forget the RB20, VG30 or KAT. Take all that cash and rebuild that SR to handle a good amount of boost.

With the money you spend on turboing your KA, that could be the whole valve train, head gasket, turbo mani, and if you play your cards right, forged pistons, rods and new main bearings. Brand spankin new engine.

But thats up to you, I was the same way and blew off thousands of dollars between all of my 240's. Had I kept the Kouki 14 and built that one, I could be rolling in a 2J powered kouki 14 today.

+1 to what NiSmO said, and if you did rebuild your KA you could just buy an extra engine and build it up on the side and keep your car running until you swap it for your built KA.(I think thats what im going to do on my next setup)

And bigg sorry i saw a baby blue s13 with black fenders on the drag stripe and was wondering if it was you

Well then all the more reason to slowly rebuild the SR, save up the cash. That motor is literally brand new (the KA), save the cash and do the same to the SR, but slowly. By the time the SR is ready, you'll still have a good buyer for that rebuilt KA.
