I am insearch for more aspiration for my KA24de. Since the VG30de and the KA24de run on the same smog technology would it be possible to somewhat piggy back the MAF to ecu, using a vg30de MAF. I've looked at the MAF connections and they fit perfectly. If any one has done this I would like to know so I can purchase a VG30de MAF sensor.

 

I mite be wrong but i think everything on the 300zx is an upgrade for the 240

 

i'm also looking for a mafs upgrade i've fead of using a 93 cobra one and the 300zx one if any body has info on this pleae tell me thanks.

 

HA HA found the perfect MAF sensor for the KA24de. Venom Air Mass Sensor will increase HP by 15%. You can purchase this mod at www.coximport.com. Another great product is the venom 400 computer module it is a piggy back system that re maps the ecu through the intake sensor system, this is also a 15% increase in HP. Either of the 2 products can be purchased for $300.00. You can also find these products at www.genxmuscle.com

 

Also followed through with my research that the 84-89 300zx MAF is compatible with the KA24e/DE from 89-92, the same OBD1 smog technology is used. I am about to find out what the HP increase is once on the dyno. I will keep everyone posted.

 

Thats pretty nice man I hope you get some numbers out of that (hopefully) ,Im planning on doing this mod myself but as a right now I will keep a eye on this thread and see what results u get
