Angry 90 240sx starting issues

Every time i start the car - the RPMs dont go higher then 400-500 and the whole car shakes until ill floor it then it runs and idling just fine. Today its got even worst, it starts from the first try and immediately dies. I start it second time and its all good. Im thinking either MAF or fuel pressure regulator i think it just doesn't hold the fuel in lines over night while the car is off and the fuel goes back to the tank so what yall think?

a clogged or open injector can keep the engine from firing up or flood it.
if you can get the car started again and it stays on take flat heat screw driver put in on the injector and put your ear to the top of the screw driver.
you should hear it clicking. do it to all four, if the clicking is the same for all 4 move on to something else.
