cam upgrade for s13

So I've heard from some friends of mine that using two intake cams instead of an intake and exhaust cam clears out the notoriously weak stock mid-top end on the KA24de.
I'm just not sure if the gains would actually be worth the handy work, anybody have any experiences with this setup? or heard anything?

Use two s13 exhaust cams, not intake, search for exhaust cam swap, hot cam swap, you should be able to get some info on it. I know there was a thread or two that were pretty detailed not too long ago in this section.
