code 41 and 14

hey i am getting a code 41 and a code 14 the code 41 is what am mostly concerned about, i know it means my speed sensor circuit but my speedometer works just fine, but do you think that might be why i cant go over 75mph, and from 2nd gear to 5th it at a certin speed and will not rrespond to no throttle at all until i shift gears.

exe:1st gear rev good to red line.........2nd gear rev rev rev bog.........3rd gear rev rev rev rev bog................4th gear rev rev rev bog................5th gear rev rev rev 75mph bog speed dropd to about 65-60mph rev rev bog everytime i hit 75mph

I know my example might be a little wack but thats the best way i can exlplain. any help would be great!
