Dash light does not work!

Dash light does not work!

I just bought a 240 not long ago and the dash lights
does not work. The owner said that it stopped working when he put a new cd player in. What could be causing the problem.

remove the radio and check teh ground connections. we had a similiar prob with a 300 zx... turns out the dash light ground is in there somewhere
