Difference between 1995 ECU's

In 1995, some S14 where produce with OBD1 and ODB2. That's a fact. My question is how can I differ both ECU's. Model #, pins ? I have a ODB2 ECU and I am looking for a 1995 ODB1. Anyone have pictures of both(inside) or can give my a hint on what to look to differ them ?
