drain plug god damnit!!!!!
so my radaitor drain plug is all messed up a screw driver wouldn' turn it so i tried drilling it out and the stupid thing still wouldn't come out. any ideas?

BTW: the bleed screw and the radiator cap are two seperate things. If all you see is steam coming out of the actual bleed screw (on the intake manifold) then that's some mean air pockets you've got in there (= bad)

bad because your enigne has a proclivity to overheat. This is after you've drained and flushed your system or during the process? I know that the first time that I did a complete flush and refill on my coolant I forgot to open the bleeder valve when I ran it for a few minutes and the engine temp start to go up high. So I whacked myself over the head with the Chiltons guide, realized I was a moron, ran the car with the bleeder valve open for about 5 min, and then all was done and accounted for.
