Electrical problem

Sup everybody. I just got a s13 and I am having lots of electrical problems. Wondering if you guys have any ideas.

1. My cluster and accessories light doesn't want to light up.
2. The right signal on the cluster lights up all the time but does not blink. Except when I hit the Emergency switch.
3. The low beam on the left does not work, the right works. But when I hit the high beam, the left works but not the right.

Here is what I did to troubleshoot the problems.

1. Changed the white box on the driver side kick panel
2. Checked and changed all the light bulbs
3. Changed the fader switch
4. Check and changed the fuses and relays.

Anyone could help................

^ it's the thing you hold when you turn the lights on or signal.

Did that also. Did not work. I think I will just rewire the whole thing myself.
Doesn't seem like anything works.
