I still can't make a coupe look appealing, sorry! No offense, but your car does look like its on the right track.

I think the biggest thing on these cars is the stock airbox, battery and A/C.

to coupes... my roommates got a nice coupe for sale right now. not to thread jack or anything of the sort.. nice car man, and yeah, rip all that **** out, get it down to the essentials and it will make your life alot easier when it comes time to doing serious mod work, and your car will run alot stronger... it's pretty much a win/win situation, unless the law forces their noses under your hood but how many cars on the streets actually pass emitions anyways? you just gotta find the right place to get it inspected

silvia s13 with a 180 front end. or in other words, a usdm 240sx coupe.

I haven't had time to do much to the car, 2 days ago i did remove some JUNK.
I consider it useless. I remove the windshield washer fluid reservoir (tank) that is under the fender !
IN my opinion it is useless. the only times i have ever used it is in newer cars (EI my girlfriends' car!)
I can make a point for removing it beside being useless to me.
1. it removes some weight (i know its not much but think about it some people remove other more usefull things that weigh even less! )
Also fill it up with fluid and it WEIGHS AS MUCH AS A GALLON OF MILK!!
I REMOVED metal braket that holds the tank, add another fraction of a pound including screws !
2. the weight is in the very front. People want to shift the weight back!!!
(Thats why i am also moving my battery to the back).
3. It didn't work anyways. The previous owner hit something from that side and busted the shock absorber, bent the fender out (and then bent it back), lost part of the plastic cover that goes under the fender, and broke the sensor that plugs into the windshield washer fluid reservoir. (SO IT DIDN'T WORK).

blah blah blah!

I would remove the A/C but i have already had a bad experience. I removed the a/c system from my other car (300zx) and in TX it gets HOT in the summer!

I am at a public computer so i can't upload a picture but i will as soon as I get a chance!

pictures of the JUNK

here is the picture of the JUNK i removed from my car !

I also removed some old stereo wiring that the previous owner had in the car. another fraction of a pound of weigth.

Cut off the battery carrying plastic strap. (seen in three pieces.)

also in the picture you can see a little extra goodie that I found.
Well its the battery terminal cover (RED) It was trapped under the fuse box next to the batt. well i consider it a goodie becuase none of my s13 have had it before!
