Hey guys, new here, about to buy my first 240SX soon, and I'm just wondering how long a stock S13 or S14 engine last in terms of milage.

Different values for "driven slowly and hard", along with "well taken care of and ****ty care" would be awesome.

Searching the forums would get you more answers quickly to your question.

However.

A well maintainted engine should last ~200K, thats what I hope mine is lasting! Some people's have lasted up to 300K, others die around 125.

Yeah, I did. I searched for the following terms:

engine life
engine lifespan
engine longevity
engine last
engine miles

No definite results meeting the criteria I requested were found, so I decided I should make a thread about it. Maybe YOU should search and let me know if you find anything good.

Thats kinda harsh dude, because I knew for a fact this thread had come up before. Maybe if you had asked how to look it up, but thats just plain rude. I said search because I knew it was there, and because I knew you'd get more answers to your question, I did that to help, not be a jackass.
