Engine not getting any power

I had to replace the injector O-Rings on my KA 89 240sx. Now when I drive the car around and give it a good amount of gas it feels like it aint going anywhere. I mean I literaly punch and nope nothing. This car seems to be giving me alot of hassle. Anyone have any ideas?

are you sure the orings are still not leaking? when i replaced mine it took several tries to get them right. to test them i simply turned on the switch so the fuel pump turns on. do this with the rail removed from the intake. have someone on the key ready to turn it off if there is a leaker. or better yet a sprayer wooff

Yeah the results are that I have two bad injectors. It seems that the number 2 and 4 injectors are not giving any fule to the plugs. So if any one would happen to have any spares laying around it would be cool if you were getting rid of them......

that bites. now you'll have 2 injectors that don't match the other two. my suggestion is to get a complete spare set (4) and send them off to rc engineering. they service/clean and send them back to you for about 40 bux a pop. hella sweet deal. i sent 12 offf to them to be blueprinted and now i have 3 near matching sets of injectors to use whenever.

you dont have to replace all 4. i was just saying that you'll have 2 injectors that will operate and flow differently than the original 2. no big deal until you go looking for more performance.

but for now just get it running. then later on think about getting a matched set.

spare injectors for a sohc,? no, but check your local junkyard or look in the fr sale section for someone parting out a sohc. thats usually a good way to get stuff cheap.
