fel-pro valve gasket question

got it at auto zone today for 18 bux plus tax. box says not to use any chemical adhesive because it has "perma-dry ®©™." ppl are telling me to use rtv silicone gasket maker stuff, in which i have... what should i do?

You put them on dry( no sealant).

Who are these people you speak of?

some young looking kid at autozone (looks unexperienced), and some guy at nico. guy at nico says to just put them on the corners where the half circles are
