Remove your fuel pump fuse, crank your ignition over twice to remove fuel from the system than get started.Removing the injectors involves a little anger but you'll be alright.

You will probably have to remove the valve thingy that covers the 12mm bolt on the rear of fuel rail.

Its just 2 12mm bolts to remove it, then push it out of the way, and get the 12mm bolt under it that holds the fuel rail on. Of course remove the front 12mm bolt on the rail as well. Then just lift up on the rail. To remove the injectors from the electrical connection, you first have to remove the little metal pins on the electrical connection, then they just pop right off.
