gt spec

last night i purchased a apexi gt spec, i wanna know if im gonna have to go to an exhaust shop to get it welded or is this exhaust going to bolt up to my car

If you bought the actual, entire unit, its bolt on. If you just bought the muffler, its weld on.

well what i was really asking is my piping diameter on the cat is what 2.25 , well the diameter of the gt spec is 3.7 do i have to get an adapter of some sort or what, its the full unit, and plus , is my car going to run right with this exhaust system

the GT-Spec starts at 3" then it goes into a resonator. comes out at 3.5" and then goes to 3.74"

it bolts right up to the car perfectly fine. i have one. had it on my fastback and just put it on my coupe. it fits with no problems!! might need to go get some exhaust insulaters though (im pretty sure thats what they call them lol i forgot)
