Hey guys need some info... besides the bolt pattern difference, what else is different about the KA24E and KA24DE head? ie: difference in ports, port spacing, basically I am asking because I found some Doug Thorley headers for a steal and I was wondering if welding the KA24DE exhaust flange on it would work. Not worried about clearances because ummmmm... Have A Big RED Hammer!!..LoL

The difference........lol. Well lets see de is a dual over head, e is single. The single runs with rockers.......... your idea will not work since exhaust port exits wont match up.....................
