Head Gasket
Mkay, so it appears that I have blown my head gasket on my 91 240... tis a ka24de 16 valve twin cam, I have a fair knowlegde of engines, however I'm not confident enough to tear my engine appart on my own. I would really appreciate some help on this one, maybe an engine schematic to guide me along? I have access to an engine lift, I live in a shop so I have just about any tool I could need. I've blown 3 radiators before I realized that the gasket leakes around 5000 rpm.

Download a Factory Service Manual, should have all the info you need for the job.
