head gaskets

what is the thinest head gasket out their for the 95 ka24de? I know that getting a thinner one will raise the compression on the car witch is good for us n/a's. i am looking for a metal one if possible...

I've only found Thicker since most people run turbos and would like a lower compression...Have you googled it
