How much of a hp gain are KA24E pistons?

So whats the biggest cam size I could put in the KA with the E pistons in there? Considering I'll have a built valve train.

No more than the stock 248's.
I would do a 248/240 cam combo worth those type of pistons.
Brian Crower makes a streetable cam that would work as well.

my rings are slowing wearing away and im thinking about having a poormans na setup for a while.
sohc pistons, high comp rings, duals 248 cams, header, intake, and safc. then later move to dual carb with 4 velocity stacks, bigger cams, and head work.
