HUD - Speedsignal problem ( and some other things... )
Hi there! I am Eric, the new owner of THIS car.
I put an s13 silvia front on it, it looks like this now
But, i still have the problem the previous owner had
Who is going to help me?
The HUD is dead, speedo isn't doing anything...
Tried to see if there is any signal in the speedwire on the ecu, but i am not sure if i took the right wire.
The wire i tested was green/yellow but didn't had any signal on it.
Anyone got a proper ECU pinout for me? '90 S13 240sx, KA24DE.
Who had familiar problems?
Just replace speedsensor and its fixed?
Next problem is the RPM/Speed block ( dunno if this is the right translation.. )
When i am driving in fifth gear @ 2500 RPM the engine stalls. When RPM is down to 3000/3100 the engine picks up again, is this "normal" and can i use the Apexi multichecker to remove this? Or is there another simple trick to get rid of this problem?

Secondly I am not at my apartment right now, but I do have the ecu diagram that you want for the KA24de pinout.
If you happen to ever work on sr20de's and you have the pinout for those ecu's they use the same harness/wiring diagram.
The problem may not be the ecu it could be a relay. I'll double check when I get home tomorrow if you still need the info...

Thats, interesting, so ill need to get me an auto ecu
I have worked on sr20de and sr20det, i do have the wiring diagram's. But if you can get me the real KA24DE diagram that would make me happy
If i swap to auto ecu, were does the ecu gets its speedsignal from?
