just wanted to let you guys know i installed the 300zx fuel filter in my 93 240. very easy install, anyone can do it. i was afraid it might be tough but its so easy its a joke. i havent noticed much of a difference, so many if you're thinking about doing it, wait till you need it.

the filter IS cheaper than the 240 one. shop around and u can find the best price for it, from NAPA it was like 17, ive heard people on this forum saying as low as 10ish i think.

that post, you will have no problems. the only thing different was then when i took out the fuel pump fuse and tried to start the car, mine didnt even start. so dont be concerned if that happens.

overall, very simple, cheap upgrade. [i tried to get pix but my camera wasnt charged]

 

woah i just put mine on without doing any of those steps, and i really didnt notice anything different. it still runs rich though

 

i think its one of those mental upgrades
