Just won't F'in start

Ok I have a question for you guys. The previous owner my car told me that while driving the car with the old engine in it, it was driven without oil, and the car overheated and led to the engine seizing up, a major loss in compression, and a crack in the top part of the radiator. Ok now that I swapped the new ka in and a new radiator, what else could have been damaged on the car which would not allow the new ka to start up? I just ran the diagnostic mode on the ecu for my ka24e. It came back with code 13, engine coolant temp circuit. Could this be the cause of it not being able to start up. I just fixed the timing, so this can't be the cause... I'm at a loss....Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It will turn over, but will not start. If I just turn the key it will turn over, but will drain the hell out of my battery if I keep on attempting to make it start. I'm getting fuel, spark, and air. Every component is there, so I'm stuck.

I'll reply to this thread also. Have you checked your ECU?
I asked in the other thread about it being seized( you said it was seized) but it spins over so its not seized.

Is the car getting spark at the right time? Is it enough spark? Have you put #1 on TDC & verified the position of the wires to the rotor?Verified compression results? Have you checked your ECU for damage? Are you getting proper voltage at the injectors? Does it have fresh fuel in it? Proper fuel pressure? New fuel filter?

These are just a few things you need to check.
