i have a 90 240 with the dohc motor it had the sohc motor but it took a shet and this was the only one i could find anyway it gets fits where after driving the highway and go to the stop and go city the rpm rev up high and stay there at one time and then somethimes it will go to about 500rpm and barly idle for a while what do you think it could be. i would take it to the shop but im looking at doing a sr20 swap soon and dont want to spend that much money on this motor but if its an easy fix it would be worth it now.

i guess there is no way to check the maf or the injectors is there?

 

Could be TPS (Throttle position sensor)??
