kade pistons swap
Comp ratio is different. Yes they will work with dual248s. Im not sure about the rings tho. thatll be self explanatory tho when you get them side to side. .
This isnt a bolt on project tho. Invloves tuning.
BigVinnie should chime in, and explain more in detail.

89 = 9.1 C/R 90 = 8.6 C/R
9.1 C/R KAE Pistons on the DE will give you a Final 11.6 C/R.
Doing some Research It seems that The Valve Reliefs Do Not Align so Using Aftermarket Cams w/ SOHC Pistons should not be done

You can't use high lift and duration cams with the 89 pistons. You will be limited to 240/248 cams and be making minimum clearance between the valve and piston. I would say get the 90pistons and be happy with a 10.7:1CR.
Either that or have a head shop shrink the quench chamber for you.
If your not going to ecu tune you will at least need an SAFC
