Knock Sensor
there are three ways that i know of that don't require removing them. the first is to check the resistance, i want to say 10 ohms again, but i might be wrong again. another is to take a long screw driver, flathead works best imo, place the tip on one injector and the handle to your ear. you should hear a clicking that is in tune with the engine. if you rev the engine, the clicking should change accordingly. do this for all the injectors, they don't have to sound exactly the same, but somewhat similar.
the third is not recommended, in fact the fsm warns against it, although many times it's the one with the best results. all you do is start the engine and unplug one injector at a time. if there isn't a noticeable change in the way the engine is running, more likely than not that injector is bad.

Ok i ohm tested injectors and they were all fine . Ran a new wire from the ecu to knock sensor and the code went away . Reading code 55 now which is the a-okay , but still have the same bog and recently car started overheating when i firtst take off with it but then goes back to normal and stays there . Any ideas ?
I put bosch platinum 4'slike 3 weeks ago and cleaned the dizzy cap, but that's all i've done to the ignition . It might need a tune up , but everything looks ok . Has a new cts and thermostat btw
Sounds like a air bubble in the cooling system, especially considering you were just working in there. Bleed the system out and see if that cures the overheat problem. If you do have an air pocket, the CTS could be reading very low temp. (since it's only reading air temp.) and enriching your AF mix.
Turns out i have a really small coolant leak somewhere cause every couple of days i have to put like half a quart of water in it . I think the bog is a vacuum leak somewhere . New plugs , wires , cap , rotor and it still bogs . No codes being throwm . I removed all of my emision stuff , so i don't have but like 3 vacuum lines , so i'm not sure where it could be coming from . Maybe the coolant leak and vacuum leak are right next to eachother it's possible i could have nicked something when i was grinding on the intake manifold .
