Well I'm waiting on funding for my rb swap and will take awhile so I was planning on building my ka up some. So far all I have is a ram intake and 3 inch exhaust. This is what came with the car I would rather have a cold air intake and 2.5 exhaust. My first plan is a full length header. What else would help gain some power without breaking the bank. Thanks Also where would be best to order an rb26dett from?

If you're going to get an RB, why the hell would you want to do anything to the ka? If I were you, sell the exhaust and intake, make as much money as you can, put a factory exhaust and intake on it to daily, and then just save up. You need about $15,000-$20,000 to put an RB26 in, so give that some thought.

Well I found motor and transmissions for 3500 and then the aem ems and the crossmember and the cost of rebuilding the engine and possible transsmission but that will be a few years possible and I don't believe it will cost 15,000+ So before I get all the money I wanted to build mine up to handle more.

I have heared that and what I was concerened on what's the hardest? I know you can get a skyline crossmember or that bolt on kit you showed me. I'm good with fab. Work and wiring and have a welder if needed.
