tranny

Has any one heard of building a super tranny. I know they do it alot on altimas but i would like to do it to mine if it will make it more durable. If anyone knows if a new valve body and torque converter will help please help

a valve body upgrade is what I'm getting done in a couple weeks. That is the single biggest thing you can get done to your tranny if it is an automatic. A torque converter after that point won't do as much for you. It just helps get more power to the wheels... like a pulley.

no it wont youll actually see less power to the wheels but a higher stall dose help the engine stay in the power band and launch at a higher rpm. i would recmond getting a trans cooler if you do get a higher stall converter more slip means more heat
