most of the cams for our cars are actually factory cams that have been welded and then reground... so to answer your question like that then yes there are... but to answer the question about cams... from what i know all of the cams from 91 to 93 are all 240/248 and the 95 ad up cams are 232/232... if you have a 93 you already have the cams...

Thats right Wikd.
IF you are looking for something cheap while its apart for cams.. not much you can do.
Regrind or JWTs.. either way its a pretty penny.

ps.. oh I forgot about PDM cams as well now..

you can use 2 S13 exhaust cams for so youll have 248/248 but when you put the S13 exhaust cam on the intake I beleive it has to be rotated 4 teeth.

or get a set of adjustable cam gears and it is all good... yes you can add the exhaust cam on the intake side... it is good for a little more power and screams with a little timing work...

this would be the route I would if I was in your position for a lil extra power with only a lil extra money.

Actually I just found out about a month ago you can retro fit CA cams to the ka.
Machine work will need to be done so that the KA timing gear sprockets can mount to the the cam of the CA.
There are an abundant of cam specs from japan that were meant for the CA that can be used for regrind onto the KA cams also.
You can also use cams from the KA trucks, the KA trucks were sold all over internationally.
I also believe that you can take cam specs from the old school FJ20 which I believe was also a bucket style hydraulic assembly valve train.

I ment to go look at performance cams for the KA trucks, there are an abundance of KA trucks sold internationally.... There are companys in other country's with different performance specs that may serve your needs..........

the timing marks will not be lined up right... you have to rotate the cam to get it in the right position... you just have to be careful to make sure that it is in the right place... jim wolf technologies gives a picture of what the cams should look like when they are sitting in the head... pay no mind to where the pins are but look closly at the cam lobe location... it will be inbetween 10 and 11 position on a clock...

if they do the dual exhaust cam set up... the exhaust cam being used for the intake will have to be rotated 4 teeth to get it in the right position... meaning the timing mark on the gear will be 4 teeth towards the intake than the silver link on the chain...sorry for the confusion there... i always forget to hit the quote button... my bad there vinnie... my comments were only on the dual exhaust cam setup...
