need help. car not starting after doing some timing work

92 nissan 240sx ka24de. some of you guys might of know me around about asking about the same timing chain guides and tensioners but now i have a new problem with timing.. i need help. well I removed the other guide... the side guide.. so I no longer am using upper chain guide or side guide. cuz i know there are 2 guides that u can remove.. correct?? anyways i removed it... took distributor out.. took vavle cover off, pulled front upper timing cover off.. took the guide out.. put everything back together.. went to start my car and my car sometimes wont start or it'll start and idle at 250rpm and the whole car will shake... but most times the car wont start at all.. I really need help and i need it asap cuz i'm trying to move and leave town

I have fuel, i have spark, my firing order is right.. so what's wrong?

please help sorry for long post
